Self-worth definition – Internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love and belonging from others.

What is Self-Worth? Self-worth is the opinion on how you view yourself and the value you place on yourself. When you wake up each day you have a choice to make, will this be a great day or a eh day. It all depends on your outlook how it will go.

So goes you, when you look in that mirror or put on those clothes and start talking negative about yourself or whatever you do to demean your self-worth. It hurts Gods heart to hear you talk like that, He made you to be pure, strong and faithful and has blessings for you, you just have to see your worth and remember who you belong to.

• Stop Comparing Yourself to Others – Stop listening to that inner voice that says you are not worthy. Jesus paid the ultimate price for your sins so you would be made Worthy! So Stop listening to the enemies lies (where ever it may be coming from) & Remember who You Are! A Child of God!! You Are Worthy of Everything God Has For You!!!
• Be Gentle and Loving to YourSelf – Start by loving yourself and understanding that YOU ARE WORTHY of things and people. No one is perfect and everyone has faults, even the people that you are comparing yourself too.
• Be Thankful – Being thankful for the things you have, this starts to help you focus on the POSITIVE things and which in turn, lets you be positive.

• Be Kind and Generous – By helping others you lift your spirit and smile, which becomes contagious to others.

There are a number of crucial reasons why self-worth is essential for health and happiness – some include the following:
